 Day 1: It's important for all the school staff to understand and know the school vision and mission and what's the learning means and make sure to apply that in their learning approached.

  Day 1: Make sure that I know my school vision and mission and apply that on my teaching and students learning  Day 2:Every day need to learn something new, ask one of  teacher to teach me one thing they doing in the class and working well . Day 3: Visual tools are very effective, I would consider to have one in each new lesson to keep it in the students memory and to help then to understand.   Day4:  Get  the feedback from the students, in order to improve my teaching methods and make sure that everyone able to access the learning.    Day 5: If you used constricted verbs you needs to scaffold , I asked the students who would like to be a member in students council to present their project as they like ( video , slides etc...) to make sure everyone have the same chance.   Day 6: The grade is about sit next to each other, when I grade an assessment, I need to help my students to understand the points need to improved or work on it ....

   IT's my first day and a new step to my goals  Developing your definition of Learning: When I was a student  the school and learning  was only  about study and memorizing new knowledge   and  how to get high  grade, after I worked in international school found  out that learning is a long life process and its not about high grade . I can tell now that learning is   : Learning is a lifelong process of acquiring new knowledge, skills, or behaviors through various means such as practice, reading, or other experiences. True learning results in a transformative change in one's thinking, emotions, and actions, contributing to personal growth and the ability to navigate and adapt to life's challenges.
