Effective Teaching Reflections

 Day 1:

It's important for all the school staff to understand and know the school vision and mission and what's the learning means and make sure to apply that in their learning approached.

Day 2: 

As a teacher you will have impact on your students and if you have a growth mindset you will also get knowledge from them .

Day 3 :

Even i’m teacher yet but I’m sure i don’t be like Ms. friendly or Mr. Noyes,  I want to include all my students in the learning  ( change the teachers mindset )

Day 4:

As a teacher, it's really important for me to be in that 'can do with guidance' zone when I'm teaching because that's where the real learning happens. To figure out where each of my students is in their learning journey, I use different tools like pre-assessments, quizzes, or just watching how they're doing in class. It's kind of like taking their educational temperature. This helps me get a clear picture of where they're starting from, and that's super important because it lets me figure out exactly what each student needs to learn and grow. So, it's like my roadmap for teaching – I can give them the right amount of help and challenges to make sure they're learning at their best.

Day 6:

Attachment teacher:

An attachment teacher is one who focuses on building strong emotional bonds and connections with their students to create a safe and nurturing learning environment " The Place where we belong"
